  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 90 or more prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 Working days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup location, date, and time. Any additional charges incurred during the service, such as tolls or parking fees, will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Service: Our company will make every effort to provide the agreed-upon service in a timely and professional manner. Any changes or modifications to the service must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
