For Service Hire:

  2. Deposit and Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with full payment due according to the agreed terms outlined in the invoice. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 90 or more days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 90 days may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
  4. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after approval, using the original method of payment.
  5. Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup location, date, and time. Any additional charges incurred during the service will be the responsibility of the client.
  6. Service: We strive to provide the agreed-upon service in a timely and professional manner. Any changes or modifications must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
  7. Liability: Our company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, except where required by law.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Perth, Australia.
  9. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, with changes being effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  10. Damages: Clients are liable for any damages caused to the hired vehicle during the service period. Failure to report damages promptly may result in additional charges or legal action.
